I use the best products in my products, so that my baked goods are always successful and look stunning. Some of them are easy to make, others require more work, so you will find here both cakes that are quick to make and those that require more time. One thing is certain – the effect is always very tasty.

My name is Kasia. I come from Polish. I discovered my adventure with baking cakes, cakes and other sweets in 1993 when I was still in middle school. At that time, no unnatural ingredients were used in Poland and it has remained so in my kitchen to this day. That’s why my little works of art are not only pretty, but also tasty and, above all, homemade and natural. These products are made at home without a large production line and without preservatives and flavor enhancers.

You can’t help but like them – it’s a classic choux pastry filled with the best and delicate custard cream (crème patissiere).

Delicious, homemade, soft, fragrant yeast rolls with jam straight from the oven, can there be anything better? It is a great option both for a second breakfast at work or school, as well as a snack with afternoon coffee. I’ve been baking them for many, many years… It’s hard for me to say when exactly I made them for the first time, but I remember it like today, when I was still in middle school and I wanted to cry when all the filling came out during baking. How good that now I have no problem with it!

Simple vanilla cupcakes

Simple vanilla cupcakes are the simplest and at the same time one of my favorite recipes – they can be in various versions (e.g. in a chocolate version or with pudding). Depending on your fancy, available products or time, you can use it to prepare a sweet „quick” snack or elegant cupcakes for a party. In both cases, simple vanilla cupcakes have one undeniable advantage – they always taste good. With any cream, e.g. a simple custard, it can be a delicious dessert, perfect not only for afternoon coffee, but also for a child’s birthday, a party at work or a family party.
